The years passed quickly and Tulima now was fifteen years old, she was a very beautiful young girl who did not go unnoticed anywhere, all men wanted her and wanted to be with her, but she just wanted to be with someone, she wanted to be with Rafael , her childhood friend and who was always at her side, now both were old enough to be together and were shortly to formalize a relationship, but did not know Tulima for the economic hardship of her mother and she, Matilde had decided to marry her off to an older man who had a great deal of livestock and was well known in the region, the educated and noble man named Jose Dario was a very friendly and charismatic man who drew the attention of women for their style and money, but he had already seen several times Tulima knew she was the woman with whom he wanted to marry.
On hearing the news of the decision of her mother both Tulima and Rafael wanted to escape together, but this failed because Rafael's mother got sick seriously and he was the only one who was to take care her, therefore Tulima had to accept the proposal 'Marriage of Jose Dario, they married a year later, the ceremony was beautiful and great all around Espinal and attended the big event, Doña Matilde's happiness was evident as that of Jose Dario and he had gotten he wanted, but Tulima and Rafael were destroyed and did not know what to do and sadness was evident.
Life of Tulima and Rafael was a story of drama where neither was happy and lived only to lament his fate, a day like any other Rafael's mother died and he decided to take over the farm, which left their parents, it was then that he decided to recover Tulima and every morning milking their cows and headed home Tulima where he hoped stealthy departure of Jose Dario, when he was gone he went to the house of Tulima to bring flowers and gifts, in addition to daily milk to prepare the recipes she loved to do.
Day after day Tulima and Rafael enjoyed morning they were together, their love grew and began planning how to escape together far from there, on the other hand Jose Dario who was tired and bored with his beloved wife did not pleased spousal way had he been seeing another woman, besides this he drank frequently and passed from bar to bar playing "rana" and playing guitar at parties with friends and prostitutes of the town and this was not all because his anger grew and began to mistreat Tulima that he made Rafael angry and decided to advance their plans.
Like any other town has much gossip and communicative people who when they realized about the frequent visits from Rafael to Mrs Tulima and dicided to tell Jose Dario, but he in his ignorance, ignored warnings and comments the townspeople as the trusted his submissive wife and knew she would not be able to do something like that, but as destiny a hot day in October to escape eve Tulima and Rafael unusual happen.
That day Tulima woke up early to attend Jose Dario who went out every day at eight in the morning at work, everything seemed quite normal, Jose Dario took his breakfast, a delicious Tamal prepared the day before by Tulima with Arepas and Aguapanela., everything was going according to normal after that Jose Dario enlisted all his things and very important documents for the sale of cattle that take place that day, put on his boots, enlisted his hat, put your "machete" on the left side of his belt as usual and began his journey to work. While Jose Dario was on his way to his work, Rafael came time for your daily appointment with your beloved Tulima who received him with open arms, as always Rafael took him milk and flowers to decorate her hair, he made her beautiful compliments, caress her face tenderness and kisses and caresses made love with such passion that the gods were jealous of them, everything was beautiful, wonderful and incredible, everything seemed perfect and neither wanted to separate from the other so they decided it was time to escape a place where they could be together forever, where they could express in front of everybody their love and be happy. While Tulima and Rafael were in his romance of love Jose Dario remembered that he had left the papers on his bed and had to return, he entered his house he knew something was wrong was as if something was warning him of the tragedy to come, the body shuddered, all his senses warned him that something bad was about to happen, but still his curiosity was great and decided to go to his room where he watched his beloved and so far faithful wife in the arms of Rafael, was when the fear that his body was turned into anger and pain and without thinking and wrapped in tears ran toward them, shouting them a thousand curses and drew his Machete from his left hand side and not take it off the head of Rafael creating a source of blood that spread everywhere. Was there when Tulima wrapped in screams and tears desire death, but his body was still even could not speak, just watched his beloved bleed on the white sheets and she at his side, felt life he is going behind him, but this was not all, nothing could calm the anger of Jose Dario he continued stabbing Rafael even after death, realizing the presence of Tulima took hard his Machete and cut off his right leg when Tulima felt the penetrating pain that covered her entire body react and between tears and cry pain of his life was when Jose Dario react and stop their brutal attack, to see what had fainted and thus Tulima escaped.
The day was hot and Tulima was in the middle of the mountain in Espinal, at that time did not know what hurt more, if her body by losing the leg, or the loss of her beloved, was there when Tulima carried by pain invoked anger being more ruthless ever known to mankind and decided to make a pact with the first offered his life to bring back his beloved but this despicable and unmentionable be not agreed, told him it was impossible, but seeing in the soul of Tulima and how this because of events began to rot offered revenge and power over the man who had taken what she wanted most and had mistreated for so many years in addition to being unfaithful, Tulima without hesitation accepted the offer this macabre being.
Tulima back into the thick, dark mountain again found himself alone and there with his memories and sadness began to remember clearly that infernal treatment as he had done in his despair was condemned to a life of killing to seek revenge for eternity against all those men who do feel their wives as Jose Dario made her feel to it, therefore Tulima now dubbed by many as the patasola chases, harasses and kills men who abuse their wives, they are infidels or the passing of partying.
With time she could see her name erased from the memory of everyone and was now only Patasola, a frightening woman who killed men, her only consolation now is that she can takes its original form as a beautiful and gentle woman ever it will lie in wait for a new victim, this attractive appearance makes men fall at her feet and surrender to its charms, but this is only a facade they see these unfaithful men before being taken to his bloody and fateful end.
If some day the chances of got here destiny to meet her remember that she was a woman whose name was Tulima and that her only desire was to be happy with the love of her life and because of evil men ended well, and do not forget behave yourself with your loved one, you do not want to be the next victim.
